Soul Retrieval

Soul Retrieval is a phrase commonly used to call a process that gathers up and heals if necessary, lost or wounded parts of ones Soul that are not fully present or incarnate within the body as originally intended.

This can be caused by various reasons:

An ‘aspect’ of oneself can be shocked out of the body to become discarnate by sudden, shocking or wounding acts or experiences. This could, for instance have been caused by a shocking experience as a child or baby early on in this life.

‘Aspects’ of oneself can leave the body due to illness on all levels, whether mental, emotional or physical.

Sometimes these lost or disincarnate parts never fully incarnated in the first place. This can be caused by particularly shocking or wounding experience, particularly at the point of death of the previous incarnation. But it can also be caused by other factors such as karmic or environmental reasons.

When we are not completely and fully incarnate in our body for whatever reason (and very few of us are), this is often reflected back to us in either our mental, emotional or physical body as a sort of reminder that there is a part missing that wishes to return. It is these reflections in our mental, emotional or physical bodies that become the gateway to the retrieval.

Firstly by just becoming aware of them, then by embracing and realising them, the reflections become tools of retrieval as they merge into the deep memory and remembrance experienced through the reintegration process.

Retrieval comes about as more is remembered consciously, whether in this lifetime or another. Often the retrieval process can reach one of several climaxes where particularly reflections from the mental, emotional but also the physical bodies can be so strong as to be indistinguishable from ‘reality’.

Along with retrieval comes integration, adjusting to this ‘new’, ‘extra’ part of oneself. This in itself is often a process of learning and reward but is often not without its own challenges.

Sometimes the whole process of retrieval and integration comes in one short sharp burst, and sometimes as a series of many shallower events. Each process is a completely unique event and might manifest in many myriad of ways. But eventually the part or parts that were being retrieved often find their place within, at peace and at one. When this situation has been achieved, often the benefits and resources associated with that part are free to flow into you current life.
